Office Administrative Assistant

Full time Alma Location. Hours consist of 8am-4pm Monday through Friday [40 hours a week]. This position requires daily entering of accounts payable and receivable. It is also responsible for updating employee information and company equipment documentation and licensing. Processing Payroll 2x a month for 80 employees along with handling garnishments, taxes, insurance and other aspects. Expected to have prior experience in payroll and accounts payable and receivable, some on the job training offered.

Part time Alma Location. Hours average of 28 hours a week - scheduled shifts fall between Monday-Fridays during main office hours. This position requires daily entering of data corresponding with deliveries, updating files and assisting in everyday projects. Prior experience requested, on the job training given.

Key details:
1) Attention to detail - organization and structure are essential to keeping a focused and maneuverable office.
2) Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in. We receive new information daily an have to adjust to knew project demands swiftly. Problem solving skills are a must.
3) Basic computer skills; these positions will be utilizing an array of software systems such as Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks.
4) Communication Skills; Interpersonal communication while speaking with employees and vendors. Answering phones and emails effectively.

Pump Over Technician

Position available at our Alma location. Some physical labor will be necessary to perform this job. Attention to detail and thoroughness are key to being efficient. Two week training period will commence upon hiring date, no prior training required to apply. Full time positions available.

3 key details for this position:
1) Learn to drive tractor trailers, to park/stage trailers after milk transfers.
2) Physical ability; climb tanker trailers repetitively, hooking up transfer hoses.
3) Attention to detail is extremely important with food grade products. During training you will learn about documenting paperwork for each trailer and sealing loads.

Wash Out Technician

Two week training period will commence upon hiring date, no prior training required to apply. Part time and full time positions available.

2) Physical ability; climb stairs to top of tanker trailers repetitively, hooking up transfer hoses.
3) Attention to detail and thoroughness are key to being efficient with food grade products. During training you will learn about documenting paperwork for each trailer, sealing trailers and proper cleaning protocols.
